TO: The unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees and judgment creditors, and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against GAIL A. EICHENBERG, deceased, and all other persons claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described in the Complaint.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to PETER D. GRAHAM, ESQ. of ZACUR, GRAHAM & COSTIS, P.A., Plaintiffs' attorney whose address is P.O. Box 14409, St. Petersburg, Florida 33733, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. The property proceeded against is described as follows:
Dover House, Unit 203 from the Condominium Plat of Town Shores of Gulfport No. 203, a Condominium, according to Condominium Plat Book 10, Pages 52 and 53, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed April 20, 1972, in O.R. Book 3771, Page 268, as Clerk's Instrument No. 72-049410, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided 1.84% share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
