NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 28th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 522009CA021118XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-R2, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-R2 is Plaintiff and DONALD C. CZAPLINSKY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD CZAPLINSKY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF HIGHLAND LAKES, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18 AND THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF LOT 19, BLOCK 6, CLEVELAND GROVE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
