NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF PROPERTY RIGHTS
Pursuant to that certain Master Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 8467, Pages 1324-1378, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, Dunedin Mobile Manor Homeowners, Inc. n/k/a Dunedin Palms Homeowner's Association, Inc. will terminate the below described interests with respect to the following Property if corrective instruments, clearing title clouds created by the below interests, are not provided to legal counsel, Zinzow Law, 35111 U.S. 19 N., Ste. 302, Palm Harbor, FL 34684, (727) 787-3121 within thirty days:
130 Patricia Ave., Unit 84, Dunedin, FL 34698, bearing Parcel ID 35-28-15-23500-000-0840, and more particularly described as Unit 84 of Dunedin Mobile Manor, a Cooperative, according to the Master Form Proprietary Lease as recorded in O.R. Book 8467, Pages 1324-1378 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, FL.;
Mildred K. Aikman and Michael J. Lankes or heirs or any party claiming under or through them, by virtue of O.R. Book, 8627, Page 764
Raymond Burbee and Marilyn Burbee or heirs or any party claiming under or through them, by virtue of O.R. Book, 11837, Page 2071
