NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-007147ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and CHRIS KALOGEROPOULOS; HIGHLAND OAKS PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MONICA SMITH; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 8th day of November, 2011, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, HIGHLAND OAKS PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE (S) 95 THROUGH 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
