NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-001600-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank Of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank Of New York, As Trustee For The Certificateholders CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-6CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-6CB, Plaintiff and Pamela H. Williams are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on November 14, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 233, HOLIDAY GARDEN ESTATES, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 22 AND 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
