NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-008195-WS Jj2) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Fannie Mae (“Federal National Mortgage Association”), Plaintiff and Isljam Haziri a/k/a Islam Haziri and Drita Haziri, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on December 27, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 469, CREST RIDGE GARDENS UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
