NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 13, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 41-2009-CA-010297 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein FINANCIAL FREEDOM SFC, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST, MAFALDA DI TOMMASO, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ALFRED ELIAS, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MAFALDA DITOMMASO,DECEASED; LAWRENCE K. ELIAS, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MAFALDA DITOMMASO, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT - MIDDLE; IRONWOOD RECREATION ONE ASSOCIATION, INC.; IRONWOOD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; IRONWOOD FIRST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 10/25/2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 305-B IRONWOOD FIRST CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 489, AT PAGES 495 THRU 612, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
