LESS THE WEST 80.0 FEET AND ALSO LESS THE EAST 78.5 FEET THEREOF.
and commonly known as: 3021 - 3023 46th AVE W, BRADENTON, FL 34207; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on NOVEMBER 10, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
