NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 19, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2008CA4528 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC is the Plaintiff and HECTOR GARNICA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 28th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 19 FEET OF LOT 8 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 9, BLOCK H, REVISED PLAT OF BAYVIEW PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 147, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID EAST 19 FEET OF LOT 8, THENCE NORTH 150.07 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 19.93 FEET; THENCE EAST 45 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 15.46 FEET; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID BLOCK H, 45.2 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
