AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and SCOTT STORTZ A/K/A SCOTT J. STORTZ; SHEILA STORTZ; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; SUNTRUST BANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 3 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
