Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 10, 2009, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on October 11, 2011, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com , Pasco County, Florida, on November 14, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
