NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19TH day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 008931, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CRAIG TOLLY; BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FO CWHEQ 2005-E; COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; HEATHERWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRAIG TOLLY; john doe; jane doe as unknown tenant (s); in possession of the subject property, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 28th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 1139, PAGES 2878 THROUGH 2884, INCLUSIVE, AND O.R. BOOK 1175 PAGES 2807 THROUGH 2810, INCLUSIVE AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGES 34 THROUGH 37, AS AMENDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO , AMENDMENT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, PAGES 164 THROUGH 167, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
