NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 21, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-003220 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and DONNA L CLARK A/K/A DONNA L SCHMITZ; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 1st day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST ½ OF LOT 19 AND THE EAST ½ OF LOT 44 OF THE RESURVEY OF LOTS 19 AND 44-100, INCLUSIVE OF ORANGE RIDGE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SAID RESURVEY BEING ATTACHED TO DEED RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 305, PAGE 313, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
