NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 007145, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and WARREN VILLACORTA; barrington ridge homeowners association, inc.; maria a. coronado; john doe; jane doe as unknown tenant(s); in possession of the subject PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 26th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 8, BARRINGTON RIDGE PHASE 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 124 THROUGH 133, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
