NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 22nd day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-09812, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM M. CULHANE; unknown spouse of WILLIAM M. CULHANE ; john doe; jane doe as unknown tenant(s); in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 2nd day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK C, ELMCO HEIGHTS, SECTION 2, PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THAT PART CONVEYED TO MANATEE COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED DATED MARCH 3, 1976, RECORDED IN OFFCIAL RECORDS BOOK 767, PAGES 523 AND 524, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
