NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 26, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-005769 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JAMES J. BOVINO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES J. BOVINO N/K/A LINDA BOVINO; OAK TRAIL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 1st day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 4803, OF OAK TRAIL, A LAND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2106, AT PAGE 3310, AS AMENDED, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 35, AT PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
