Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 41 2008 CA 011257, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and JEFFREY GREEN, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 10, OAKLEY SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 189, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 10th day of November, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
