NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 28th day of October, 2010, and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, wherein Melissa Reynolds, Jason Reynolds, Ed Witt, Rebecca Witt, Armour Tight Concrete, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, Morse Tile & Stone, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, Internal Revenue Service, Larry Dimmitt Cadillac, Inc., a Florida corporation and Employee Leasing Solutions, Inc., a Florida corporation are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 16th day of November, 2011, the interest in real and personal property situated in Manatee County and described as:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST,
