NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 27, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2008-CA-003717 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 4th day of November, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 101, BLOCK C, REPLAT OF PERRY PARK AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
