Notice is hereby given, pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated october 5, 2011, and entered in Case No. 412011CA001165XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and EDITH M. VILLALOBOS; MARIO VILLALOBOS; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, RICHARD “CHIPS” B. SHORE, III, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at website of www.manatee.realforeclose.com at Manatee County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 10 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgement, to-wit:
from a point on the east line of u.s. highway 301, which point is 50 feet east of an 4322 feet north of the sw corner of nw 1/4 of nw 1/4 of section 19, township 35 south, range 18 east, go easterly a distance of 332 feet along a line making an interior angle of 89 degrees 48' with the east line of said u.s. 301 to a point; thence go northerly parallel to said east line of said highway 301, a distance of 185 feet for a point of beginning; thence easterly 73.35 feet along a line making an interior angle of 89 degrees 48' with the last described line; thence go northerly parallel to the said east line of said highway 301, a distance of 134.52 feet to a point; thence westerly 73.35 feet to a point 134.72 feet north of the point of beginning; thence southerly 134.72 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
