NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 011120, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein bac home loans servicing, l.p. f/k/a countrywide home loans servicing, l.p. is the Plaintiff and SHAWN MASON AKA SHAWN T. MASON, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR LAKELAND REGIONAL MORTGAGE CORP., OAKWOOD VILLAS CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., OAKWOOD VILLAS, INC., KRISTY MASON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 8 day of November, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. on Manatee County's Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 31, OAKWOOD VILLAS, SECTION A, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 519, PAGES 498 THROUGH 528, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 81, of the public records of manatee county, florida, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREAS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
