CARMEN CORONADO; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY,
Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 003438, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and CARMEN CORONADO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 10 day of November, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. on Manatee County's Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK B, BAUMER'S SUNDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 160, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
