Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-08279 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC. is the Plaintiff and , STEVE JENKINS; and AMBER JENKINS; and NEW HOPE TABERNACLE OF MANATEE COUNTY, INC., A DISSOLVED FLORIDA; and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 16th day of NOVEMBER, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID POINT BEING 333.11 FEET EAST OF THE NW CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4; THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4, 225 FEET; THENCE WEST 100 FEET TO THE WEST LINE OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4; THENCE NORTH OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
LESS THE NORTH 42.0 FEET THEREOF.
ALSO LESS THOSE LANDS DEEDED TO COUNTY OF MANATEE (KNOWN AS PARCELS 176 AND 177) AS RECORDED IN WARRANTY DEEDS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1674, PAGE 870 AND OR BOOK 1674, PAGE 929, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
