NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 6th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2006-CA-004883, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and MICHAEL MELANCON; KIMBERLY SUE MELANCON; UNKNOWNT TENANT NO. 1; AND UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2, FICTITIOUS NAMES REPRESENTING TENANTS IN POSSESSION; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 15th day of Deecmber, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7 BLOCK K, PINE LAKES SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 75 THROUGH 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
