Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in this cause on February 3, 2011, and the Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, entered on October 7, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell the property described as:
Lots 1, 2, 3 IDLEWILD COURT SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 127, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, LESS road right of way
at a public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on November 18, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
