BUILDING NO. 2, UNIT NO. 04, THE PALMS OF CORTEZ, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED JULY 14, 2005 IN O.R. BOOK 2038, PAGES 5178 THROUGH 5309, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 2041, PAGE 6955, TOGETHER WITH ALL OTHER EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4802 51ST ST W 204, BRADENTON, FL 34210; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on NOVEMBER 10, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
