CLIFFORD J. BOLTWOOD, III; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLIFFORD J. BOLTWOOD, III, and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants,

NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 16th day of November, 2011, at 11:00 AM at Foreclosure sales conducted on internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Manatee County, Florida:
Commence at the Northeast corner of US Lot 3, Section 3, Township 35 South, Range 16 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence West 792 feet; thence South 297 feet; thence East along the South line of a Block 86, amended Plat of Cortez, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2, page 59, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, a distance of 15 feet to its intersection with the Easterly right-of-way line of 121st Street Court West for the point of beginning; thence continue East, along the said South line of Block 86, a distance of 150 feet; thence southwesterly along a line parallel to the said easterly right-of-way of line of 121st Street Court West, 114 feet; thence West 150 feet; thence Northeasterly along said Easterly right-of-way line, 114 feet to the point of beginning.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
