NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered on SEPTEMBER 27, 2011 in this case now pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 3RD day of NOVEMBER, 2011, at 11:00 AM the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19 AND THE EAST 30 FEET OF LOT 21, BLOCK D, F.C.W. WHITAKER'S SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 220, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
