NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 26, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-010524 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ROBERT GRANATO; JUNE GRANATO; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; STONE HARBOUR I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ANDREW HOLLAND, and TENANT #2 N/K/A DEBBY HOLLAND are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 3rd day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
