APARTMENT K-32, BUILDING “K, THE THIRD BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 20, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 521, PAGES 297 THROUGH 313, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGES 85 THROUGH 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL RIGHTS THEREUNTO APPERTAINING.
