NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 5, 2011, and entered in 2011 CA 003905 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida , wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-OP2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and FEDERICO TREJO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FEDERICO TREJO N/K/A LETICIA HERNANDEZ; MANATEE COUNTY; CLERK OF COURT FOR MANATEE COUNTY; FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DANIEL GRANT; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A PATRICIA NEWELL; UNKNOWN TENANT #3 N/K/A ANNITA NEWELL; UNKNOWN TENANT #4 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on November 9, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 8 AND ALL OF LOT 9, BLOCK 1, WANAMASSA PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
