NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2011 and entered in Case No. 09-29983-CC-H, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE ESTATES AT RIVER CROSSING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and JASON WEBB AND JILL WEBB are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 18 day of November, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 27, Block 2, River Crossing Estates, Phase 3, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 83, Page 92, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
