NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered October 7, 2011 in Case No. 29-2009-CA-024754 (DIV F) of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-24, Plaintiff, and, CROWLEY, LYNDA, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 09 day of November, 2011, the following described property:
Lot 54 in Block 6 of Summerfield Village 1, Tract 32 Phase 1 and Phase2, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 84, Page 46, of the Public Records Of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
