NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 6th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-010850 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and JAMES K. BURNS, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 2:00pm on the 2nd floor of the George E. Edgecomb building, room 201/202, at 800 east Twiggs street, in tampa, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LotS 2 AND 3 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE EAST, BLOCK 3, MORNINGSIDE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 30, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
