NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 6, 2011 in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough, Florida, on November 3, 2011, at 2:00pm, at 2nd Floor, Rm. 201/202 of George E. Edgecomb Courthouse - 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602 for the following described property:
Lot 75, BLOCK 2, WOOD LAKE - PHASE 1, UNIT NO. 3 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 11, OF THE Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
