NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 30, 2010 and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-009685 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006-WMC1 is the Plaintiff and EMISSEL SAINT-JUSTE; WILCHETTE SAINT JUSTE A/K/A WILCHETTE CALIXTE A/K/A WILCHETTE CALIXTE SAINT JUSTE; TENANT #1 N/K/A JEAN CALIXTE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 7th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE SOUTH 165 FEET OF TRACT 42, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 103 AND 104, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 261 5TH STREET NW, NAPLES, FL 34120
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
