Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the First Floor Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7 day of November, 2011, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 6, Block 8, naples manor addition, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 3, Page 67 and 68, in he Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
