NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002701, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY MARKUSSON, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES AREA CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., MARTINA MARKUSSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY MARKUSSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTINA MARKUSSON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 7 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 11, UNIT 193, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 100, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
