Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 24, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
LOT 49, OF VALENCIA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB - PHASE 1A ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, AT PAGES 36 THROUGH 41, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2140 PAR DRIVE, NAPLES, FL 34120; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on November 14, 2011 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
