Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the County Court of Collier County, Florida, will on November 9, 2011, at 11:00 am in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit G-202, Edgewater II at Carlton Lakes, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 2371, Page 1, Public Records of Collier County, Florida

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
