banking corporation, successor by merger to AmSouth Bank,
Plaintiff, vs.
THOMAS SCOTT GLOE, et al., Defendant(s).
NOTICE IS hereby GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 4, 2011, in Case No. 2009-11033-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, an Alabama banking corporation, successor by merger to AmSouth Bank is Plaintiff, and Thomas Scott Gloe and Rebecca Sue Gloe, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 7 day of November, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 822, BUILDING 8, FAIRWAYS I AT MARCO SHORES, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEROF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1934, PAGE 1401, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
