NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure dated October 3, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-031218 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2007-4 is Plaintiff and INDRA SEARS AKA INDRA M. SEARS AKA INDRA MALHAM SEARS; FEDERICK SEARS; JOHN DOE OR ANY OTHER PERSON IN POSSESSION are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the at 2:00 P.M. to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEROGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FLORIDA. of the HILLSBOROUGH County Courthouse, in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, at 10:00 AM., on the 7th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
