NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant toa Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004044 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, where in the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 9, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., at FIRST FLOOR ATRIUM AREA of the COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment and being situate in COLLIER County, Florida, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 7010, AMELIA LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3176, PAGE 2090, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. the clerk shall receive a service charge of up to $70 for services in making, recording, and certifying the sale and title that shall be assessed as costs. the court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
