Notice is hereby given pursuant to Order of Final Judgment dated September 21, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 10-3637-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at First Floor Atrium at the Collier County Courthouse located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Annex Building in Naples Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 7th day of November, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 109, SUNSET HOUSE NORTH A CONDOMINIUM, according to Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 364, Page 186, Public Records of Collier County, Florida. AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, APPURTENANT THERETO, MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
240 Seaview Court, Condo Unit #109, Marco Island, Florida 34145, in Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
