notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 7, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 07-2352-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, Plaintiff, and DOUGLAS L. ALDRIDGE, JR. and TRISHA ALDRIDGE are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 7th day of November, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST ONE-HALF OF THE NORTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER, LESS THE WEST AND SOUTH 30 FEET, AND LESS THE EAST 75 FEET, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
