notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2009 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 11, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-3813 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and RANDALL S. HUBBARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RANDALL S. HUBBARD N/K/A JODI HUBBARD; JOHN DOE N/K/A CAMERON HUBBARD AND JANE DOE N/K/A DESIREE HUBBARD, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 9th day of November, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 212, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 6, PART 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
