Summit Lakes Real Property, Naples 106 Real Property, Summit Lakes Collateral, and all permits, approvals, refunds, deposits, impact fee credits and other property, contracts, and entitlements secured by the Summit Lakes Assignment (as such terms are defined in the Verified Complaint). The Property will be sold free and clear of all claims of the Defendants. The legal description of the Summit Lakes Real Property, situated in Collier County, Florida is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A. The legal description of the Naples 106 Real Property, situated in Hendry County, Florida is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit B.
