notice is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 28, 2010 in Civil Case No. 11-2009-CA-007449, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, the bAnk of new york mellon, f/k/a the BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2005-8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8 is the Plaintiff, and, MARIO D. RIVELLO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIO D. RIVELLO N/K/A NANNETTE RIVELLO; COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE SECTION IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STRATFORD PLACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse Annex Building, in the First Floor Atrium, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on November 9, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

UNIT 1703, BUILDING 17, PHASE 5, COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE SECTION IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3768, PAGE 2213, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3777, PAGE 2309, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3829, PAGE 3224, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3829, PAGE 3226, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ALL RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
