notice is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 22, 2010 in Civil Case No. 11-2010-CA-001921, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON CSFB ARMT 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and MEHMET OZTURK; GULHATUN OZTURK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC AS NOMINEE FOR DEVERSIFIED MORTGAGE; AZAR, LLC; JOHN DOE N/K/A HALIH GUNGON; JANE DOE (NAME REFUSED) AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 9th day of November, 2011 at 11:00 am at the Collier County Courthouse Annex Building, First Floor Atrium, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
All of Tract 8, Unit 31, Golden Gate Estates, According to the Plat Thereof Recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 59, of The Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
