Notice is given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment dated October 4, 2011 in Case No. 11-1641-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in which FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and 2800 DAVIS VILLAGE OF NAPLES, LLC, SYNERGY REAL ESTATE, LLC, SYNERGY REAL ESTATE OF SW FLORIDA, INC., LOUIS PFAFF, JAMES J. JONES, DAVIS VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1-UNIT 200, UNKNOWN TENANT #2-UNIT 200, UNKNOWN TENANT #1-UNIT 201, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2-UNIT 201 are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the First Floor in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse located at 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, Collier County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on November 7, 2011, the following-described property set forth in the order of final judgment:
Unit 200 and Unit 201, Davis Village, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium of Davis Village recorded in OR Book 4036, Page 1648. Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
